Service Cancellation and Refund Policy w.e.f 27th October 2023.

Non-tangible irrevocable goods ("Digital products")
Refunds are not provided for non-tangible, irrevocable goods ("digital products") once the order is confirmed. This policy applies if any of the following conditions are met:
  1. The course content has been accessed more than 15% in the case of recorded training.
  2. More than 1 hour has been spent on a live training session.
  3. Seven days have passed since the purchase of the course.
  4. Must not have used our trainer support for more than 5 Questions.
  5. In situations where we identify an intentional abuse of our refund policy or receive multiple refund requests from the same user.

To cancel the course(s) subscription and request refund please follow below steps. Our team will review your request and get in touch with you with in 48 business hours.

Refund request process:

Step1: Please send us an email with details for processing your refund request from your registered email id on iwcampus.com . Email ID: [email protected] 

Step 2: We respond to all request within 2 business days with the refund status.

General refund condition:

  1. The course purchase should be successful and refund request shall be made on or before 7 days from the date of purchase.
  2. Course contents accessed/watched less than 15% or time spend on training videos less than one hour or must not have used our trainer support for more than 5 Questions.
  3. Must not be any intended abuse of our refund policy or multiple refund request from the user.
  4. If refund requested for an offer package/ course bundles, then the actual amount paid by the user will be calculated for refund. Only 20% (rounded to least number) of the course items will be eligible for refund. Example 3 course bundle will have one course eligible for a refund. Points 1,2 and 3 are applicable.

Step 3: Once refund approved, We will be sending details of the refund amount and bank to which the amount will be transferred. 

Step 4: After the confirmation received from you, we will transfer the amount within 3 working days.

Step 5: We will send an email confirmation with details of the payment transaction and respective course will be removed from your profile.
