Non-tangible irrevocable goods ("Digital products")
We do not issue refunds for non-tangible irrevocable goods ("digital products") once the order is confirmed and the course is launched up to 15% or more than 1 hours spent on a course or any situation we identify an intended abuse of our refund policy or multiple refund request from the user. 

Refund request process:

Step1: Please send us an email with details for processing your refund request. Email ID: payments@infowinds.in. 

Step 2: We respond to all request within 2 business days with the refund status.

Step 3: Once refund approved, We will be sending details of the refund amount and bank to which the amount will be transferred. 

Step 4: After the confirmation received from you, we will transfer the amount within 3 working days.

Step 5: We will send an email confirmation with details of the payment transaction.
